In my mind; when I hear of Real Estate Location, Location, Location, I think of the town, the area, etc. In fact, if you think of Location, Location, Location as the house’s location within the development or sub-division then you have an opportunity to both enjoy living there and boost subsequent resale value or to be very disappointed living there and see your investment return minimized if not reduced!
